About Rhonda Martin
I started as a solo agent outside the City of Atlanta, aiming to help home buyers navigate the complexities of purchasing real estate. People had lots of different issues that I had no experience with so it soon became obvious to me that I needed to learn how to provide solutions for people. So I became a student of everything pertaining to real estate, from construction to financing, from negotiation to probate.
Building a team has been intrical in being able to help lots of people so in addition to having an assistant, I've partnered with industry professionals: attorneys, lenders, builders, plumbers, electricians, architects, landscapers, and countless others in order to provide the expertise my clients need in their pursuit of real estate ownership. I value being viewed as my clients hope for resolution hence my mantra, The Real Estate Solutionist.
